Tartare Sauce


(SERVES 4)
  • 30 ml/2 tbsp low-calorie mayonnaise
  • 30 ml/2 tbsp very low-fat plain yoghurt
  • 1 gherkin (cornichon), finely chopped
  • 5 ml/1 tsp capers, finely chopped
  • 5 ml/1 tsp chopped parsley
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Mix in the mayonnaise with the yoghurt. Stir in the gherkin, capers and parsley and season to taste with pepper. This sauce is especially good with grilled fish or mushrooms.
