- 1 packet sugar-free fruit-flavoured jelly (jello)
- 150 ml/ ¼ pt/ 2/3 cup boiling water
- 300 ml/ ½ pt/ 1 ¼ cups cold water
- 100 g/4 oz/ ½ cup very low-fat quark
Dissolve the jelly in the boiling water. Stir in the cold water and chill until the
consistency of egg white. Whisk in the quark and turn into four dishes. Chill until set.
Decorate with fresh fruit before serving.
