Tomato Salsa


(SERVES 4)
  • 200 g/7 oz/1 small can tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1 small onion, very finely chopped
  • 15 ml/1 tbsp chopped basil
  • 5 ml/1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Mix together all the ingredients and chill before serving.
