Peach Malakoff


(SERVES 4)
  • 4 ripe peaches, sliced
  • A pinch of artificial sweetener granules
  • 30 ml/2 tbsp peach liqueur
  • Finely grated rind and juice of 1 tangerine
Put the peach slices in a glass dish and sprinkle with a sweetener. Add the liqueur and
tangerine rind and juice. Toss gently, then leave to marinate for at least before serving.
