Green Light Mayonnaise


(SERVES 4)
  • 30 ml/2 tbsp low-calorie mayonnaise
  • 30 ml/2 tbsp very low-fat plain yoghurt
  • 5 ml/1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 30 ml/2 tbsp chopped watercress
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Blend the mayonnaise with the yoghurt. Stir in the parsley and watercress and season to taste.
