Diet Drizzle


(SERVES 4)
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 15 ml/1 tbsp olive oil
  • 15 ml/1 tbsp water
  • 4 basil leaves, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Puree the tomatoes in a blender with the oil, water and basil. Season to taste. Strain through a sieve (strainer) to remove the skin and seeds. Use as required.
