Apple Crunch


(SERVES 4)
  • 1 red-skinned eating (dessert) apple ¼ cucumber, diced
  • 1 celery stick, sliced
  • 30 ml/2 tbsp dry white wine
  • 100g/4 oz/1 cup cooked peas
  • 5 ml/1 tsp dried summer savory
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Core and dice the apple do not peel. Mix with the remaining ingredients. Spoon into individual glass dishes and serve straight away.
