Macaroni and Spinach Cheese


(SERVES 4)

Prepare as for macaroni cheese but put half the macaroni in cheese sauce in the dish. Top with a layer of drained canned chopped spinach or 225 g/8 oz thawed frozen spinach and a liberal dusting of grated nutmeg. Then add the remaining macaroni cheese and continue as before.
