Apple muesli


(SERVES 1)
  • 1 serving muesli (above)
  • 1 green eating (dessert) apple, peeled and finely chopped
  • 30 ml/2 tbsp low-fat fromage frais

Put the muesli in a bowl, Add the Chopped apple and top with the forage frais.

Serving suggestion: coffee or tea.
