- 175 g/6 oz ½ cups porridge oats
- 50 g/2 oz/1 cup all bran
- 60 m1/4 tbsp desiccated (shredded) coconut
- 3 ready-to-eat dried peach halves, chopped
- 25 g/1 oz/ ¼ cup dried banana slices
- 50g/2 oz/ ½ cup chopped mixed nuts
- 30 ml/2 tbsp artificial sweetener granules
- Skimmed milk, to serve
Serving suggestion: coffee or tea.
