Danish Consomme


(SERVES 6)
  • 2*295 g/2 *10 ½ oz/2 small cans beef consomme, chilled
  • 60ml/4 tbsp very low-fat creme fraiche
  • 50 g/2 oz/1 small jar Danish lumpfish roe
Spoon the consomme into six could soup bowls. Top each with a spoonful of creme fraiche, then the lumpfish roe and serve immediately.
