- 1 small red (bell) pepper, chopped
- 100 g/4 oz/1 cup peeled prawns (shrimp)
- 10 ml/2 tsp soy sauce
- 10 ml/2 tsp white wine vinegar a few grains artificial sweetener
- 20 ml/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 6 large lettuce leaves
- 1 spring onion (scallion), chopped
